Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, BCom (Accounting), Masters in International Accounting, Certificate in Investment Management, Certificate in Life Insurance and Retirement Funds, CA (SA), is the Chief Executive Officer of Azuze Consulting in South Africa.

Prior to establishing Azuze, she held positions as the Project Director, Financial Services Sector at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, Corporate Audit at Eskom, Audit Senior at Carpenter & Company, and Audit at Deloitte and Touche. She serves on Boards and Audit Committees of various institutions in South Africa. She is also a member of SAICA, a member of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors, and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Christoph (Chris) Kuhn

CA (SA), is the head of the Corporate Finance division of Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Limited.

He has been a senior member in this team for over 15 years, during which time he has led various key projects, including acquisitions, disposals and Black Empowerment Deals of the company. He is a member of several Investment Committees and Governing Boards regarding Old Mutual policyholder investments in private equity and infrastructure. He has over 13 years Corporate Finance experience, having previously worked in the Corporate Finance teams at Anglo American and BOE Merchant Bank in South Africa. He previously worked for Standard Bank of South Africa Limited.

Pani Tyalimpi

Pani Tyalimpi is the Chief Operating Officer of Harith Fund Manager responsible for Operations. Prior to working for Harith Fund Managers she was an executive at the Development Bank of Southern Africa and largely responsible for the funding of municipality infrastructure programmes in Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu- Natal. She worked for several financial institutions, including Public Investment Corporation (“PIC”) as the head of Isibaya Fund, the private arm of the PIC for the funding of BEE transactions, infrastructure development in a socially responsible manner. She also worked for African Harvest Capital and ABN Amro, where she was employed in corporate advisory services. Pani also spent five years at the Development Bank of South Africa, working in the Project Finance Unit. She currently serves on the board of directors of a number of companies and investment committees.
